Since we got a new water heater and moved it to the other side of the doorway this is how things look. That furnace is just too big! The water heater also sticks out into the doorway a bit since it's so big...
So we waited until the weather was nice (so we could do without the furnace for a few days) and hired someone to move the water heater back...
And replace that monstrosity of a furnace with this cute little guy! It took the team a solid week to get rid of all that old duct work and set everything up (Tyler has since removed that concrete platform too!). It got WAY dusty down there since they had to run pipes to the back wall and drill through the brick...

And after! Holy cow- there is so much space for activities!! I had planned on building a wall but we'll need access to basically the whole space... so we'll see!
