We realized that putting down new floors would take a bit of time and money and since we had to get out of our old place so we could rent it out asap the flooring project moved down the list quite a bit.
We couldn't stand the GIANT bushes any longer so even with the heat index over 100 degrees this week we are getting rid of those bushes!
As you can see they were way out of control and were covering up quite a bit of walkway/ patio area.
So here is a work in progress picture...
The grass needs some work as does the brick along the front of the planter (any ideas?). We also realized the water spigot in the front doesn't work and the pressure is laughable...
Why not add a few more projects to the list?
We have also contacted a company about replacing the giant window in the front of the house as well as a few others so the project should be moving along without our help!
I haven't posted any interior pictures yet because we are still unpacking so everything is a mess and also because some of my family haven't seen it yet and I don't want to ruin the surprise!
