Project list...

So we finally got occupancy and have spent the last week getting the house clean and moving in.

I have come up with quite a long list projects to complete over the next few years.

Replace washer and dryer- dryer doesn't spin...

Replace windows- broken seal, tints, panes 

Paint exterior- cracked and peeling
Fix disposal- broken

Update landscaping- remove GIANT bushes!

Replace wall paper- on the ceilings in the bathrooms?

Redirect downspout- leaking into crawlspace

Fix/patch roof- 6-8 broken tiles...

Fix master bath fan- broken

Replace carpet- cork or wood?
Fix planter and replace bricks- maybe leaks and broken bricks

Paint kitchen cabinets- pink will do for now

Replace/ seal chimney- broken bricks, looks terrible

Update electric- add grounded outlets
Finish basement- remove broken tile, turn into office
Move garden from old house- might have to wait and be replanted next year...
Replace floor in kitchen and laundry- tile?
Fix soffit- repaint and replace wood?
Paint interior- overlapping shades of white in family room?
Remove/ replace curtains
Replace accordion door
New light fixtures- bedrooms etc

Looks like we've got our work cut out for us.

First thing to do- get all of our stuff moved out of the garage!
