Project Updates: 6 Months In!

We have been living in our house for 6 months and I thought I should update the project list.

Completed
Replaced windows
Replaced disposal
Fix master bath fan- fixed itself?
String lights in crawl space and cleaned up for storage
Refinish dining room table- good job Ty!


In Progress
Update landscaping- removed some GIANT bushes- need to put something else in!
Redirect downspout- fixed for now with a giant ugly black tube...
Fix/patch roof- 6-8 broken tiles- replacing whole roof!
Fix up planter in foyer- need to add plants but it looks good for now!


Updated Project List
Replace washer and dryer- Tyler got the dryer to work so it lives to see another day!
Paint exterior- Now that we got rid of those fragile tiles on the roof we can do this come spring!

Replace wall paper- on the ceilings in the bathrooms

Replace carpet- cork
Fix planter and replace bricks- maybe leaks and broken bricks

Paint kitchen cabinets

Replace/ seal chimney- broken bricks, looks terrible

Update electric- add grounded outlets
Finish basement- remove broken tile, turn into office
Replace floor in kitchen and laundry- tile?
Fix soffit- repaint and replace wood
Paint interior- needs to be done soon- peeling paint everywhere!
Remove/ replace curtains
Replace accordion door
New light fixtures- bedrooms etc

Re-grout bathroom tile

Put up new house numbers

Get a new mailbox

I think we are doing pretty well. Next I would love to get the basement cleaned up while we wait on funds for the cork floor. Also once we get the roof finished we need to fix that chimney!
