We finally got around to replacing some of the windows in the house. Andy's Mirror and Glass helped us out and I was very impressed by how punctual and professional they were. They did a great job! Here are a few before and after pics as well as some progress shots!
Here is the giant front window that had a broken seal.
Windows were sealed with melted lead in the 50's so they had to call another guy to help move the old window out because it was so heavy.
Here they are hauling the old window away.
Such a difference!
They also replaced 3 broken windowpanes in various rooms on day one. Day two was replacing 8 pieces of glass with old cracked tint. They are above the garage so the guys brought scaffolding and all sorts of power tools and some sort of blow torch to get them out.
Looks pretty terrible...

It's crazy how much brighter those new windows make the living area! Thanks Andy's glass- I'm sure we'll be calling you up sometime down the road!
